Knoxville's Holidays on Ice returns for its fifth year to Market Square in downtown Knoxville November 27, 2009; through January 3, 2010.  Center City Events, a non-profit
organization producing the annual holiday tradition, is pleased to announce Alstom will be the Exclusive Title Sponsor this year.
