Zucchini Bread Recipe

I am the lucky recipient of the fruits of my Father-In-Laws garden!  I just got a bunch of zucchini and I knew I couldn't eat all of it before it went bad so I started looking for a yummy zucchini bread recipe.  I really enjoyed this one from Paula Deen.  Plus, I make a lot of loaves of it so many folks benefit from my Father-In-Law garden!
