Of the 83 lowest-scoring "priority schools" that qualify for the state's new teacher recruitment bonus program, only one is located in our area of East Tennessee. A whopping 69 priority schools are located in Memphis.
Those who record video of suspected animal abuse would face prior
restraint if forced to turn over their product to police, the opinion
