A federal judge has sentenced former Knox County judge Richard Baumgartner to six months in prison, after he was found guilty of lying to cover up drug crimes.
Curtis Harper is charged with three counts of vehicular homicide, and one count each of DUI, tampering with evidence, and reckless endangerment
