In a press release, the KPD spokesman said the female driver was ejected from her Acura sedan after it left the roadway, hit a guardrail, traveled up an embankment and rolled over.
Curtis Scott Harper is charged with three counts of vehicular homicide, and one count each of DUI, tampering with evidence, and reckless endangerment.
