Brandon Saylor, 29, escaped from the Kentucky Department of Corrections
Marion Adjustment Center in March 2011.  He was serving a 17 year
sentence on charges including burglary, possession of a firearm by a
convicted felon, wanton endangerment, and fleeing and evading police.
