Gov. Bill Haslam's administration is forcing 1,600 information
technology workers across state government to re-apply for their jobs in
an effort to screen out those who can't master the skills of a rapidly
changing field.
Officers say Clark noticed a vehicle speeding toward the crossing, and a
6-year-old girl was still in the middle of the street. Clark ran to the
girl and tossed her out of the way so she wouldn't get hit by the car.
With more than 150,000 homeless veterans nationwide, many of their
deaths may go unnoticed and without the proper burial. But now, one
Knoxville veteran won't be forgotten.

broadcast from the mall in hopes of raising thousands of dollars.
