Some elementary students in Claiborne County are getting a lesson in compassion.
On Tuesday, Knox County Schools held its Kindergarten Round-up, where parents could get their kids registered for the 2013-14 school year.
Curtis Scott Harper is charged with three counts of vehicular homicide, and one count each of DUI, tampering with evidence, and reckless endangerment.
