Police say 54-year-old Roger E. Welchel was killed when the Corvette he
was driving flipped over after running off Chapman highway and hitting a
ditch.
Four additional people have been charged in connection with an alleged
investment fraud scheme that targeted the elderly in Tennessee and North
Carolina.
