The historic Gatlinburg Inn is making a comeback. It will reopen on May
1st under new management, but it's still owned by one the two families
who built and preserved the landmark for more than 75 years.
TDOC says several families have received calls from someone claiming to
represent the Comptroller's Office and offering to help release inmates
from prison.
The prosecution rested its case and the defense started its testimony on
Friday afternoon in the trial of a Middle Tennessee man accused of
hitting and killing three people while driving drunk, including an
unborn child last spring.
