In March 2012, 407-pound Adam Head died at the age of 15. Four months
later, his sister Tamara, who had cystic fibrosis, died of an overdose.
She was 14. Her death triggered an anonymous call to DCS, an
investigation and the removal of the surviving sibling from the home.
