Government lawyers are running out of time to file an appeal that could
delay the sale of the morning-after contraceptive pill to all women and
girls without a prescription.
Greene County Sheriff Steve Burns says the trio parked a red SUV on the side of
Asheville Highway Saturday evening. The hood was up, and a woman
holding what appeared to a be a baby was trying to flag down passing
motorists.
