A 26-year-old man is behind bars charged with second degree murder in
the shooting death of his 52-year-old father in Morristown according to a
police spokesman
More than half of the files released last week by the Department of
Children's Services show that caseworkers did not stick to a policy
meant to keep records up to date, a failure that experts say could have
jeopardized child safety and criminal investigations into their deaths.
The Morristown Police Department says they have a suspect in custody
related to a shooting that sent one Morristown man to the hospital with
serious injuries.
After sifting through several initial stories, investigators discovered
52-year-old Kim Clarke shot her boyfriend, 44-year-old Jim Bowden, in the face with a bb gun
because she was mad at him.
